A Hard Talk About… Blood ft.Rodney (re-upload)

I will take you on a journey through the many different aspects of gay culture - sex, kinks, politics, and more. Together, we’ll explore. I will be talking with friends about their stories and experiences outside of gay conventional standards. Some comfortable. Some not. Conversations that are hard to have and some that might just make you hard. I’m going to take you on a journey of my life. Ever since I came out, I have been trying to find my gay identity and find my place in the world. Being a part of multiple different local gay communities in Los Angeles, I have met so many people who taught me so much and I would love to bring those conversations and lessons, to you. Being a gay person is a wild conversation on its own, so lets broaden the conversation and have those hard talks.

 

    This episode me and Rodney talk about donating blood. Blood is the thing that no matter who you are or how rich you are you need it. Some people feel like there are gate keepers keeping gay people from donating and helping who need the help .. but maybe we are not getting the full story. The people who we think are the gate keeper are really just following the  rules from someone else. This is a really important conversation and so informative.
